Your guarantee is effective for
30 days after the purchase of our monthly service agreement. Should you decide to cancel your service, we will simply refund your hosting fees. Just E-mail your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the
details of how our service failed to provide the advertised commitments. After we speak to you by phone, your remaining

Fine Print: Your monthly contract will be cancelled, and your hosting fees
for that month refunded. You will not be charged any cancellation fees. Set-up fees and domain registration fees are non-refundable.
Performance First:
We are equally proud to offer our money-back Performance First guarantee, again with no strings attached. Simply put, your websites will be up and running 99.9% of the time. If at any time we don’t meet this promise, then here’s what happens.
Performance First Qualifications: Your guarantee is effective with the purchase of any
monthly or annual service agreement. If your website is not live 99.9% of the time during a 24-hour period, then we will credit your account with one additional month
of service. E-mail your name, e-mail address, phone number, and performance proof. The performance proof must come from a third party company that specializes in up-time measurements from multiple sources, such as Keynote. Reach us at

Fine Print: The additional free month represents our financial commitment to you.
For a monthly contract, your next monthly billing will be waived.
For annual contracts, one month will be added to your plan at no
additional cost.
